World-renowned Sound Healer, Natalie Brown, will be gracing Anahata with her presence & providing our community with individual sound healing sessions.

SOUND HEALING

Studies have found that sound healing, through the use of sounds with particular frequencies and rhythms, leads to relaxation, emotional well-being, alleviation of tension, aches and pains, reduced stress, and many other health benefits depending on the individual's needs.

Natalie's services balance the art and science of sound healing to guide you on your healing journey. She will help you uncover the wisdom that’s already within you, so that you can connect with your own inner strengths and affirm a personal sense of purpose.

INDIVIDUAL SOUND HEALING SESSIONS

Individual sessions are designed to facilitate self-healing through the therapeutic use of sound. These sessions are highly personalized: Natalie selects instruments based on your concerns and various assessment techniques, and create an environment that allows you to relax and clear away blocked energy. This opens up pathways to healing emotional and physical pain.

ABOUT NATALIE

Natalie's passion for music began long before she discovered the practice of sound healing: she was classically trained in violin from the age of four at the Preucil School of Music, where she discovered her connection to musical expression, and to a method to soothe and work through emotions.

She continued with violin through high school, majored in music in college, and performed not just with orchestras, but touring folk, rock, jazz, and bluegrass bands. She taught high school orchestra for 14 years in Cedar Rapids, conducting on stages from Carnegie Hall to St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna.

Since then, Natalie has created the #1 Sound Healing Podcast in the WORLD. She has trained hundreds of students to become Certified Sound Healers, and is now the Lead Teacher for the Americas for the Sound Healing Academy. How AWESOME that you have an opportunity to work with her one-on-one!
